April 2019 - Present 

• Launched a retail business at 16 years of age and expanded my inventory with handbags and jewelry while building a social media presence on TikTok. I increased my demand of selling more products; increasing my revenue to over 13,000 in less than four weeks 

• Built my social media presence gaining over 18.0k views which increased more traffic to my website

• Responsible for leading a successful shift; assisted with interviewing and training new employees as well as being able to problem solve to keep our customers satisfied when dining with us
